STORMCRAFT PC Standard Warranty
At STORMCRAFT PC, we stand behind the systems we build—because we build every PC like it’s our own. That’s why every desktop comes with a comprehensive warranty and real support from our in-house team of PC professionals.
Warranty Coverage
• 3 Years Labor – Expert support and repair labor included
• 2 Years Parts – Replacement of defective hardware components
• 1 Year Ground Shipping Coverage – Return shipping included for approved warranty repairs (Lower 48 U.S. States only)
This warranty applies to all new desktop PCs purchased directly from STORMCRAFT PC or authorized resellers. There is no variation based on purchase date.

Warranty Guidelines
• Coverage applies to normal use and excludes accidental damage, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
• Original proof of purchase and PC serial number are required to request service.
• We may repair or replace defective parts with equivalent components at our discretion.
• Cosmetic wear and environmental damage (e.g., liquid spills, pest damage) are not covered.
Shipping Policy
For systems under warranty:
• We cover return ground shipping for repairs within the 48 contiguous U.S. states for the first 12 months.
• Customers are responsible for packaging their system safely using original or equivalent protective materials.
• For international and non-contiguous U.S. orders, the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
Warranty Registration
We recommend registering your PC within 30 days of delivery to ensure smooth support and service.

Warranty Terms & Exclusions

1. Coverage Scope
This warranty applies to all new desktop computer systems manufactured and sold by STORMCRAFT PC. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the following period, beginning from the original date of delivery:
• 3 Years Labor Coverage
• 2 Years Parts Replacement
• 1 Year Ground Shipping Coverage (48 contiguous U.S. states only)
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. What Is Covered
• Defects in hardware components caused by manufacturing errors or material failure
• Repair or replacement of defective components, using new or equivalent parts
• Labor costs associated with diagnostics, testing, and approved repairs
• One year of ground shipping coverage (to and from STORMCRAFT PC) within the continental U.S.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Damage caused by external factors, including:
• Fire, flood, power surges, pests, extreme temperatures, or natural disasters
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration)
• Software issues (including operating system corruption or malware)
• Loss of data or programs
• Damage caused by:
• User-installed hardware or modifications
• Overclocking or firmware tampering not performed or approved by STORMCRAFT
• Improper packaging or transit damage on returns not using approved packaging
• Products with tampered, altered, or removed serial number labels
• Normal wear and tear or component lifespan (e.g., fans, thermal paste, cables)
4. Limitations & Disclaimers
• STORMCRAFT PC will not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, downtime, or lost data.
• Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of STORMCRAFT PC.
• Replacement parts provided under warranty carry the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days from replacement—whichever is longer.
• Extended warranties (if offered) may be available at the time of purchase.
5. RMA Process
All warranty claims require:
• Original proof of purchase
• Serial number located on the back of the system
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by STORMCRAFT PC
• Customers are responsible for securely packaging systems for return. We recommend retaining original packaging.
6. International Orders
Warranty service is limited to the United States. Shipping coverage is only included for the 48 contiguous states within the first year. International and non-contiguous U.S. customers are responsible for all shipping costs and taxes/duties.
