3. Orders and Availability
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event of changes to or cancellation of an order, we will notify you via the contact information provided at checkout. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Typographical errors may be corrected at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, PEV (secure financing provider), and other payment gateways provided at checkout. Payments must be authorized and cleared prior to product assembly or shipping. In the event of a declined payment or chargeback, STORMCRAFT PC reserves the right to suspend service and seek collection remedies.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from our California facility. Standard build times range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on configuration. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery of the product to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds
STORMCRAFT PC offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products in original condition. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to opened or customized systems. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any product back. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

7. Warranty and Support
All STORMCRAFT PCs come with a 1-year limited hardware warranty covering manufacturer defects. Lifetime technical support is included via chat, email, or phone. The warranty does not cover user-caused damage, overclocking-related issues, or unauthorized modifications. Extended warranties may be available at checkout.

8. Limitation of Liability
STORMCRAFT PC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our products are not intended for use in life-support, medical, aerospace, or military applications. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
